► The Laboratory of Bone and Metabolic Biochemistry is fully equipped to perform human and rodent MSC isolation, cell culture, light and fluorescent microscopy, immunohistochemistry, cytokine and chemokine measurements (RIA, ELISA), protein biochemistry,  real-time PCR, Northern, Western and Southern blot analysis, cloning, sequencing, gene transfection, metabolism assessment, lipid quantification and characterization by liquid gaz chromatography. Animal experiments.There is a close collaboration between the Laboratory of Bone and Metabolic Biochemistry and the Service of Rheumatology and Physical medicine of the Hospital Erasme directed by Prof. Valérie Gangji
