This axis covers a wide range of research on organizational practices (organizational climate, innovation, organizational support)
and personal processes (emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, self-efficacy, personal resources) having an impact on
innovative behaviours, organizational citizenship and commitment, including well-being  at work.
