Evaluation of the possibility to increase the in vivo production of hematopoietic stem cells, endothelial progenitors and mesenchymal stromal cells by intra-medullary injection of platelet rich plasma (PRP) with recombinant soluble human tissue factor. This would have important clinical repercussions both in hematology, orthopedics, cardiology and tissue engineering. This procedure should allow to avoid intensive manipulations of cells and progressive loss of their characteristics. Optimization of extraction methods, purification and tissue reconstruction starting with stromal cells from adipose tissue. Evaluation of umbilical cord (wharton's jelly) as mesenchymal stromal cell source: collection, isolation, characterisation and capacities to sustain hematopoiesis. Applicability as adjuvents for human cell transplantation.
